Your Task From The Episode
Go to your website right now (or your social media handle). Open it on your phone as if you are a stranger. Set a ten second timer. And answer these three questions honestly:
- One: who is this for? Is it immediately obvious who this business serves?
- Two: what does this person do? Is the offer clear without scrolling?
- Three: what do I do next? Is there one clear action being invited?
If you cannot answer all three in ten seconds, you have found your gap. That gap is exactly where we would start in a strategy session.
